How to troubleshoot the app not accessing your current location

If you are attending a fundraiser or church service and Givelify cannot access your current location, you’ll need to update your privacy settings to allow access to location services. Follow these steps to make sure the app can access your location:
iOS Devices
Open Settings on your device.
Select Privacy > Location Services.
Slide the button to the right to turn on location services (green).
Scroll to Givelify and slide the button to the right to give Givelify access to your current location (button is green).
Go back to the Givelify app and you should now be able to see that location services are enabled by finding nearby locations on the Search tab.
Android Devices
Open Settings on your device.
Select Apps from the list.
Find Givelify and select Permissions.
Select Location and then choose Allow only while using the app or Ask every time to turn on location services.
Go back to the Givelify app and you should now be able to see that location services are enabled by finding nearby locations on the Search tab.
