How to troubleshoot downloading the Givelify app from Google Play Store

If the download status gets stuck on Installing when downloading the Givelify app for Android from the Google Play Store, follow these steps:

  1. On your Android phone, go to Settings > Apps or Application Manager.
  2. Open the Google Play Store app and select Force Stop.
  3. Select Clear Data.

If this does not resolve the issue, repeat the above process for the Google Play Services app and Download Manager.
