How to view replies to your messages sent with your donation

You can add a message when sharing a gift by selecting a pre-set message or creating a personalized message (see How to add a message to your donation). The receiving organization can also reply to your message via the email address in your account. The message reply will also be posted in the Givelify app on the receipt screen.

To view message replies in the Givelify app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Givelify app and sign in to your personal giving account.
  2. Select Profile in the lower portion of the screen and then select History.
  3. Select the gift where you left a message and view the reply in the Messages area.

Note: After you have received a response to your message, you cannot continue the conversation in the app.
