How to troubleshoot uploading profile photo or the app accessing photos on your iOS device

If you are having difficulties adding a photo to your giving profile, make sure that the Givelify app is able to access the images on your phone.

Follow these steps to make sure the app can access your photos:

  1. Open Settings on your iOS device.
  2. Select Privacy > Photos.
  3. Locate Givelify in the list of apps.
  4. Select the slider to enable Givelify access to your photos (button turns green).
  5. Return to the Givelify app and upload a photo for your giving profile.
