Set Up Recurring Donations Using the Mobile App/Website
Setting up recurring gifts with Givelify is quick and easy. Steps below:

Open the Givelify App or Visit the Givelify Website on your device.

Search or Select your organization’s profile.

Select Give, choose amount, enter details.

On the Gift Summary screen, select Set Recurring

Select how often you want to make the gift:

Daily - A gift will be processed every 24 hours starting with your initial gift.

Weekly - A gift will be processed every week on the same day starting with your initial gift.

Every two weeks - A gift will be processed every two weeks on the same day starting with your initial gift.

1st and 16th - Gifts will be processed on the 1st and 16th day of each month.

Monthly - Gifts will be processed on the same day each month starting with your initial gift.
Note: If the selected date does not exist, the gift is processed the following day. For example, if you set a Monthly recurring gift beginning on November 31, the gift will begin on December 1 and continue processing on the 1st day of each month.

Select Continue and the selected gift amount is automatically donated at the selected frequency.
Note: A one-time gift for the selected recurring amount is processed immediately, and the recurring gifts begin on the selected date. Your receipt screen shows that this is a recurring gift, with the next scheduled gift date.
Edit a Recurring Donation Using the Mobile App Only
The instructions below apply only to the Givelify mobile giving app and not the Givelify website. If you haven’t downloaded the app yet, you can get it here.
Update Donation Amount

Open the Givelify app and sign into your account.

Select Profile > Recurring.

Select the recurring donation you want to update.

Select Edit Recurring > Donation Amount and select a new amount from the preset options or enter a custom amount.

Select Save Changes to confirm.
Update Payment Method

Open the Givelify app and sign into your account.
-
Select Profile > Recurring.
-
Select the recurring donation you want to update.

Select Edit Recurring > Payment.
-
Select an existing saved card or tap Add card for a new payment method.

Select Save Changes to confirm.
Update Frequency

Open the Givelify app and sign into your account.
-
Select Profile > Recurring.
-
Select the recurring donation you want to update.

Select Edit Recurring > Repeat.

Select how often you would like to send the gift.

Select Save Changes to confirm.
Update Next Gift Date

Open the Givelify app and sign into your account.

Select Profile > Recurring.
-
Select the recurring donation you want to update.

Select Edit Recurring > Next Gift.

Select on the date you want to change to.
-
Select Save Changes to confirm.
Cancel a Recurring Donation Using the Mobile App
If you want to cancel a recurring donation, follow these steps:

Open the Givelify app and sign into your account.

Select Profile > Recurring.
-
Select Edit Recurring for the recurring gift you want to cancel.

Select Cancel Recurring Gift at the bottom of the donation you want to stop.

Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Note: If the credit card used to set up a recurring donation is removed, the recurring donation will be automatically canceled.
Cancel a Recurring Donation Using Website
To cancel a recurring donation via website:

Visit Givelify Website.

Search for the organization where the recurring donation is set up and select it.

In the upper right corner, select Sign In.

On the Welcome page, select Sign In and sign in to your Givelify account.

Select Continue.
-
Select the drop-down arrow next to your name and choose Recurring.

On the Recurring Gifts screen, find the recurring donation that you want to cancel.

Select the Actions (...) menu and choose Cancel Recurring.

On the confirmation screen, select Yes, Cancel Recurring.
Note: If the credit card used to set up a recurring donation is removed, the recurring donation will be automatically canceled.
