How to request a refund for a donation

If a donation was made in error, Givelify can process a refund for up to 30 days. To request a refund, please submit a support request or send an email to support@givelify.com.

If the request is over 30 days we encourage the giver to contact the organization directly. 

Givelify can usually cancel the transaction before the card is debited and the donation is disbursed to the organization’s bank account. If the card has already been charged, please be aware that it can take 3-5 business days for the bank or credit card issuer to process the refund.
