How to request a refund for a donation

If a donation was made in error, Givelify can process a refund. To request a refund, please submit a support request or call 317-663-3088 during business hours. 

Givelify can usually cancel the transaction before the card is debited and the donation is disbursed to the organization’s bank account. If the card has already been charged, please be aware that it can take 3-5 business days for the bank or credit card issuer to process the refund.
