Updating Name, Email, Phone Number, and Address
Givelify Mobile App
The instructions below apply only to the Givelify mobile giving app and not the Givelify website. To download the app, click here.
In the Givelify app, sign in to your giving account.
Select Profile > Profile Details.
Select the field you want to edit and enter the updated information.
Select Save Changes.
Note: If you change your Email, a confirmation will be sent to activate the new address.
Givelify Website (Phone Number & Address Only)
Visit Givelify Website.
Search for the organization where the recurring donation is set up and select it.
In the upper right corner, select Sign In.
On the Welcome page, select Sign In and sign in to your Givelify account.
Select Continue.
Select the drop-down arrow next to your name and choose Profile Details.
On the Profile Details screen, Select Edit Profile Details.
Select the field you would like to update.

Updating Profile Photo

Sign in to your giving account and follow these steps to add or update your profile photo:
Select Profile > Profile Details.

Select the camera image next to your name and use one of the following methods to add a photo:
Select Take a Photo to take a new photo.
Select Choose a Photo to choose a photo that is stored on your device, and then select the image you want to use.
Note: You may be prompted to allow access to your camera or photo gallery. Please grant access to take a photo or select one from your gallery.
Givelify Website
Follow these steps to add or update your profile photo:
Visit Givelify Website.
Search for the organization where the recurring donation is set up and select it.
In the upper right corner, select Sign In.
On the Welcome page, select Sign In and sign in to your Givelify account.
Select Continue.
Select the drop-down arrow next to your name and choose Profile Details.
On the Profile Details screen, Select the Camera Icon on the profile photo.
Upload the image you would like to use as your profile photo.
Select Save Profile Information.
Troubleshooting (iOS Devices Only)
If you are having difficulty adding a photo to your giving profile, make sure that the Givelify app can access the images on your phone.
Follow these steps to make sure the app can access your photos:
Open Settings on your iOS device.
Select Privacy > Photos.
Locate Givelify in the list of apps.
Select the slider to enable Givelify access to your photos (button turns green).
Return to the Givelify app and upload a photo for your giving profile.
