If one of your donors has made an error in their donation amount or made duplicate donations, they should submit a support request or call 317-663-3088 as soon as possible.

Givelify can usually cancel the transaction before their card is debited and the donation is disbursed to your organization’s bank account.

If their card has already been charged, please be aware that it can take 1-3 business days for their bank or credit card issuer to process the refund into their account.
