How to see fees or cost breakdown before funds are dispersed to your organization

Follow these steps to see a breakdown of the fees for each donation.

1. Visit analytics.givelify.com and sign in to your organization’s account.
2. Select Donations.
3. Navigate to the donation and select View details.
4. View the donation details, including receipt number, donation amount, the fees that were subtracted, and the net donation amount that was disbursed to your organization.

For organizations with a high volume of transactions, you might find it easier to generate a Givelify report to get a full view of all donations. See How to generate Givelify reports for more information.
