How to resolve changes to your account not appearing in the Givelify app

If changes you made online are not yet reflected in the app, please refresh the app by tapping the Refresh icon at the top left on your screen. If you are still experiencing issues after refreshingtry logging out of the app and logging back in. 

If the problem persists, please submit a support request.
