What to do if you don’t receive an activation email

If you did not receive an activation email after signing up for a Givelify account, follow these steps: 

  1. In a web browser, visit analytics.givelify.com and sign in. 
  2. Once you get an error message, select the link above your email address to resend the activation email. 

Note: Email providers flag email differently. Before taking the steps above, check your spam or junk folder. The activation email will come from “noreply@givelify.com”, which can sometimes cause them to be sent to your spam or junk folder.
