How to edit a recurring donation

Steps to edit the donation amount and payment method on an existing recurring donation via the Givelify app.

Update Donation Amount:

1. Open the Givelify app and sign into your account.
2. Select Profile at the bottom right of your screen.
3. Choose Recurring from the menu.
4. Select the recurring donation you want to update.
5. Tap Edit Recurring.
6. Tap on Donation Amount and select a new amount from the preset options or enter a custom amount.
7. Tap Save Changes to confirm.

Update Payment Method:

1. Open the Givelify app and sign into your account.
2. Select Profile at the bottom right of your screen.
3. Choose Recurring from the menu.
4. Select the recurring donation you want to update.
5. Tap Edit Recurring.
6. Tap on Payment.
7. Select an existing saved card or tap Add card for a new payment method.
8. Tap Save Changes to confirm.

If you need to make any other modifications, you can cancel your current recurring donation and set up a new one.

How to Cancel a Recurring Donation Using the Givelify Mobile Giving App

If you want to cancel a recurring donation, follow these steps:

1. Open the Givelify app and sign into your account.
2. Select Profile at the bottom right of your screen.
3. Choose Recurring from the menu.
4. Select the recurring donation you want to cancel.
5. Select Cancel Recurring Gift at the bottom of the donation you want to stop.
6. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

How to Cancel a Recurring Donation Using Web/Online Giving

To cancel a recurring donation via web/online giving:

1. Open the giving page of the site where you donated.
2. Select the Mobile Menu icon in the top left corner (white square with three horizontal lines).
3. Sign into your Givelify giving account.
4. Select the Mobile Menu icon again and choose My Recurring.
5. On the My Recurring Donations screen, find the donation you want to stop and select Cancel Recurring Gift.
6. On the confirmation screen, select Confirm.
