How to change or delete your recurring donation

If you want to delete your recurring donation, please follow the steps below.

Note: If you want to edit a recurring donation, you must cancel it and then add a new recurring donation.

To cancel a recurring donation using the Givelify mobile giving app

If you want to cancel a recurring donation using the Givelify mobile giving app, follow these steps:

1. Open the Givelify app and sign into your account.
2. Select Profile at the bottom right of your screen and choose Recurring from the menu.
3. Select Cancel next to the recurring donation you want to cancel.
4. Confirm that you would like to cancel when prompted.

To cancel a recurring gift using web/online giving

To cancel a recurring gift using the web/online giving, follow these steps:

1. Open the giving page of the site you gave from.
2. Select the Mobile Menu icon in the top left corner (white square with three horizontal lines).
3. Sign in to your Givelify giving account.
4. Select the Mobile Menu icon and choose My Recurring.
5. On the My Recurring Donations screen, find the recurring donation you want to stop and select Cancel.
6. On the confirmation screen, select Confirm.
