What to do if bank account verification fails

Givelify will notify you if your bank account is unable to be processed. Your bank account verification could fail if you: 

  • Failed to provide an account that belongs to your organization. 
  • Provided a copy of your personal bank account. 
  • Provided a deposit slip instead of a voided check. 
  • Provided a voided check or bank verification letter that does not include your organization’s information. 
  • Provided an unacceptable document.
