There are a few different reasons that can cause your account not to be processed:
- Your organization is not registered with the IRS.
- Your organization has been revoked by the IRS.
If your organization has recently been approved by the IRS and is not yet listed in the search databases, please provide a copy of your IRS approval letter online or to our verification team via email at verifications@givelify.com.
