Givelify provides your members and supporters with a beautiful, personal, and convenient giving experience.
To further enhance this experience, brand your Givelify profile with:
- A photo that represents your congregation
- Your faith leader’s name and photo
- Your worship location
- Your organization’s logo
- Your mission statement
Because churches and places of worship can have similar names, customizing your profile makes it easy for your members to find, recognize, and give to your organization with confidence.
Adding a cover photo, faith leader photo, worship location, mission statement, and logo helps your members know they are giving to the right place. Organizations see up to 6.8% more donations for each image added to their profile.
How to customize your profile
1. On your computer, log into your organization’s account at analytics.givelify.com.
2. Go to Settings > App profile.
3. On the Customize profile tab, you will see each part of your profile with an Edit or Add button, plus a live What donors see in the app preview that will update as you make changes.
4. To customize your profile, select Add or Edit next to the item you wish to customize, or click the item directly in the phone preview on the right to open the editor.
Add a cover photo
Include a photo that represents your congregation, such as a community or sanctuary photo, to help members find and recognize your church or place of worship.
1. Next to Cover Photo, select Add (or Edit to replace an existing photo).
2. In the editor, drag the photo to reposition and use the zoom slider to frame your photo. If it does not fill the frame, pick a Background color. Rotate the photo to change its orientation. Select Reset to start over.
3. Select Save.
Add a faith leader
Add your faith leader and their photo so members can recognize your place of worship and be confident they’re giving to the right organization.
1. Next to Faith leader, select Add.
2. Choose an existing user from the list, then select Continue. If the user is not listed, select Add New Person.
3. If you are adding a new person, enter First Name, Last Name, and Title (for example, Pastor), then select Add Faith leader.
4. Upload the faith leader's photo.
5. In the editor, drag the photo to reposition and use the zoom slider to frame your photo. Rotate the photo to change its orientation. Select Reset to start over.
6. Select Save.
Update your worship location
The address in your profile will be shown on the map in the Givelify app. We recommend updating it if it differs from your legal address.
1. Next to Worship Location, select Edit.
2. Confirm or update your Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, and Organization's Phone Number.
3. Select Save.
Add your logo
Add a logo that appears next to your organization's name when donors search for your place of worship on givelify.com and in the Givelify app.
1. At the top of the App profile page, select the Organization logo tab.
2. Next to Logo, select Add (or Edit).
3. Choose your logo image.
4. In the editor, drag the photo to reposition and use the zoom slider to frame your photo. If it does not fill the frame, pick a Background color. Rotate the photo to change its orientation. Select Reset to start over.
5. Select Save.
Add your mission statement
Include a mission statement to help your organization attract new givers on Givelify who want to support your mission.
1. Next to Mission Statement, select Add (or Edit).
2. Enter your mission statement in the text box. This can be up to 200 characters long. An example is shown to help you get started.
3. Select Save.
As you make changes, watch the What donors see in the app preview on the right to see exactly how your profile will look to members.
